I’ve so enjoyed this group and had definitely made the lows of lockdown a little less tough! Some fantastic advice to stay mindful on choices and work towards balance.

I’ve loved these days, it has definitely helped with lockdown. It is like I’ve been given permission to make some time for me, whether that is reading, yoga, a bath and that has brought some sense of being more centred.
