By the nature of an online course purchase, any refund would be a challenge as the materials will already have been shared. But there are always exceptions, so if you have a problem then please get in touch with us.
Cancellations made 30 days or more in advance of the event date will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations made within 14 days will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made after that time will not be eligible to receive a refund, although, without any guarantees, we would look to find a solution for you.
At the end of the day, Mindful Coherence Ltd is a small company run on what could now be called old-fashioned values. If you have made a mistake, booked something in error, booked a gift for someone and they can’t make the date don’t worry, get in touch as we will be able to find a solution. The only items we can’t refund are any transaction fees or exchange rate fluctuations outside of our control.
Sounds too goo to be true?
Well, actions speak louder than words: During the Covid Pandemic, even though, like many businesses, we were really hurting, we made refunds to 100% of customers who requested them. Many of our customers were able to reschedule events and courses but some were also hurting and needed their money back and so we refunded every single one of them.
